Official Raffle Rules & Regulations

1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION

Promotion Name: Analog & Grit 1967 BMW 1600 Raffle

Sponsor: Analog & Grit, 3094 Commercial St, San Diego, CA 92113

Entry Period: July 17, 2026 through September 15, 2026 (the "Promotion Period")

Prize: One (1) 1967 BMW 1600, approximate retail value Eighteen Thousand Dollars ($18,000). Winner may elect to receive Sixteen Thousand Dollars ($16,000) USD cash in lieu of the vehicle.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Entrants must be legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void in any state or jurisdiction excluded per Sponsor's promotion registration (see current exclusion list maintained in the entry verification system) and where otherwise prohibited by law. Employees of Analog & Grit and their immediate family members are ineligible.

3. HOW TO ENTER

PAID METHOD:

Purchase any qualifying item from Analog & Grit online or in-store (minimum purchase $20 USD). Each one dollar ($1.00) spent equals one (1) entry into the raffle drawing. No limit to the number of entries via paid method.

FREE METHOD (No Purchase Necessary):

Mail a typed or handwritten essay of approximately 5,000 words responding to the following prompt: "Who are you, why do you deserve to win this 1967 BMW 1600, and why should Analog & Grit consider giving you this prize entry?" Include your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on the essay itself and on the outside of the envelope.

Postmark Deadline: Essays must be postmarked no later than September 15, 2026. Limit one (1) free entry per person via essay method for the duration of the Promotion Period.

4. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries (paid and free combined) on or about September 20, 2026. Winner will be notified by email or phone using the contact information provided at entry. Analog & Grit reserves the right to verify winner eligibility before awarding the prize.

5. ODDS & PRIZE DETAILS

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $18,000 USD
Odds of Winning: Depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Prize Transfer: Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable. No substitution except as stated herein (cash alternative of $16,000). Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

Vehicle Details: 1967 BMW 1600, sold as-is with clear title. Vehicle is located in San Diego, CA. Winner is responsible for all transportation, registration, and delivery costs if vehicle option is selected.

6. TERMS & CONDITIONS

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win; however, the free entry method requires submission of a 5,000-word essay via U.S. mail as described above.
• By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
• Analog & Grit reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or otherwise violates these rules.
• This promotion is void in any jurisdiction where prohibited or restricted by law, and in any state excluded from eligibility per Sponsor's promotion registration and entry-verification configuration.
• Winner must sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release before the prize is awarded.
• Analog & Grit is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or postage-due entries.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from this promotion shall be resolved under the laws of the State of California, without reference to conflict-of-law principles.

This promotion is sponsored solely by Analog & Grit, 3094 Commercial St, San Diego, CA 92113. Analog & Grit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time, subject to applicable law.
